By accessing or using the GrabtoGo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
GrabtoGo Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the GrabtoGo platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, vendors, and others who access or use the Service.
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
2.2 Account Types
- Customer Accounts: For browsing and reviewing vendors
- Vendor Accounts: For business owners to list their services
- Admin Accounts: For platform management (by invitation only)
2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
3.1 Vendor Registration
Vendors must complete our verification process, providing valid business documents including GST registration, PAN card, and business license where applicable.
3.2 Listing Requirements
- All product/service information must be accurate and up-to-date
- Images must be original or properly licensed
- Pricing must be clearly stated and honored
- Contact information must be current and responsive
- Business hours must be accurate
3.3 Subscription Plans
Vendors may subscribe to premium plans with additional features. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.
3.4 Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintain quality standards
- Honor published prices and availability
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
You agree not to:
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5.1 Review Guidelines
Reviews must:
- Be based on genuine personal experience
- Be relevant to the vendor/product being reviewed
- Not contain offensive language or personal attacks
- Not violate privacy or disclose confidential information
- Not contain promotional content or spam
5.2 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your reviews on the platform.
5.3 Review Moderation
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or are reported as inappropriate. We do not guarantee that all reviews are authentic or accurate.
6.1 Platform Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GrabtoGo Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
Users retain all rights to content they upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and that the content does not violate any third-party rights.
6.3 Trademark
"GrabtoGo" and our logo are trademarks of GrabtoGo Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
GrabtoGo acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors. We are not responsible for:
- Quality, safety, or legality of products/services listed
- Accuracy of vendor information or listings
- Ability of vendors to fulfill their commitments
- Conduct of vendors or customers on the platform
- Disputes between vendors and customers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabtoGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrabtoGo Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
