Acceptance
By using GrabToGo ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Account eligibility
Shoppers must be 13+. Vendor accounts must represent a real business with valid GST and shop licensing in India.
Vendor obligations
Vendors warrant that their listings are accurate, prices are honored, and offers are honest. We may remove listings or suspend accounts at our discretion if these obligations are not met.
Subscriptions and payments
Vendor subscription fees are processed by Razorpay, recurring monthly or yearly until cancelled in-app. Refunds follow our refund policy stated in the app.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App. No spam, harassment, illegal goods, prohibited categories, or scraping. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
Disclaimers
GrabToGo is provided "as is". We are not party to transactions between shoppers and vendors and are not liable for the goods or services they exchange.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
